Answer: For mass production goods, you need to pay 50% deposit before production and 50% balance against copy of documents.
The most common acceptable way is T/T or LC at sight.

*Strict sampling inspection on products before shipment and intact product packaging are ensured.
*Follow up and adopt customers' feedback in a timely manner after sales.
5. Is the sample available?
Answer: Yes, usually we have the most items in stock. But customers still need to make confirmation with sales department. The samples can be send out by TNT, DHL, FEDEX or UPS, it'll take arround 3 or 5 working days to receive them, customers will charge all the cost related to the samples, such as sample cost and airmail freight.
